There are various limits that could be in place on your account that could restrict the amount you can spend with us in any given period. These limits could be set by you, so that you can manage the amount of money that you spend each day, week or month, or they could be set by us, either by default or because we require some additional information from you.
As a responsible operator, we are also required to set initial limits for every new player who registers an account with us. These operator set limits can be increased or decreased by us at any time but they are put in place for your protection. To increase your default limit, or to remove a restriction which has been placed on your account, you may need to complete an Enhanced Verification Check or have a conversation with our Customer Due Diligence Team.
