If you're unable to access the site at all, this could be due to a number of reasons.
The first thing to check is that we're not currently performing any maintenance on site. We generally do this once a week and it's normally between the hours of 4AM and 6AM. When this happens we'll normally notify you on the website itself and you'll see a message along the lines of 'Undergoing Maintenance'.
If you're unable to access the site outside of these hours or maintenance windows, the next step is to clear your temporary internet files. If you've got an old version of the website stored on your device then this can sometimes cause loading issues. You can find the instructions for clearing those files by clicking here.
