There are two ways you can block a card registered on our site:
- Get in touch with our Customer Support Team by using the Live Chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
- Contact your bank and discuss about blocking gambling transactions.
Please Note: Although the block will be applied, you might still notice that the card shows on the 'My Account' section under your registered payment methods. This is because, as an authorised card merchant, we are legally required to keep a record of all card transactions that we process, including card details, for a minimum of 7 years. This is part of our compliance with EU Money Laundering Directives and for auditing purposes. Please rest assured that your card details are stored securely, in accordance with EU Data Protection Directives.
Should you wish to remove a previously applied block to your payment method, you can contact us if that's how the block was originally applied, or contact your bank if they initiated your block.
