Changing Payment Method
How do I add a new payment method?
You can do this by going to My Account > Deposit Funds > Add Method. You can then select the right payment method and enter its details in the boxes provided. Your playing balance will need to be below £1 for you to do this, and you cannot have any pending withdrawals either.
When can I change my payment method?
When your account balance is less than £1 and you have no pending withdrawals. To check if you have a pending withdrawal go to My Account > History > Transaction History.
How do I switch between payment methods that I’ve already registered?
Select My Account > Deposit Funds > Update Method and then click on the method you wish to use. Click 'Confirm'.
How do I add a Bank Account Number and Sort Code?
Select My Account > Withdraw > Update Bank Details. You must add a bank account that’s in your own name. If you don’t, we will require verification of these details. All withdrawals will be held until the process is complete.
Please make sure that when withdrawing to a bank account, you enter the details correctly. Entering incorrect details can lead to withdrawals being significantly delayed by 30 working days, or even going to the wrong bank account. Double Bubble Bingo is not able to check that the bank details you are entering are correct.
I've not been able to register a payment method, what should I do?
A payment method may only be registered to one playing account at a time.
If you have a balance over £1 on your account but you no longer have the card that's currently registered to your account, you can still withdraw back to this method as long as your bank account is still active. If this is not successful you will be given the option to add your bank account to withdraw back to.
We would not be able to change a payment method for other reasons as we need a 'closed loop' system for security, this is where withdrawals go back to the method that was used for the most recent deposit.
Can I add a payment method that is not in my name?
No, we do not allow the use of third-party payment methods. If any are registered, these are blocked by our Finance Team as soon as possible.
