You can update your withdrawal method providing that your balance is below £1 and you have no pending withdrawals.
If you're looking to update your withdrawal method, simply head to My Account > Withdraw and select 'Update Bank Details'. If you're looking to withdraw a balance and the card shown has expired or been cancelled, you can still request a withdrawal to this payment method and providing the registered bank account is the same, the funds will reach your account.
If the bank account associated with the card shown is no longer active, you'll need to get in touch with our 24/7 Customer Support Team via the Live Chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. They will be able to get a new payment method added so that you can make the withdrawal.
