How do I register a payment method?
When you first make your Double Bubble Bingo account you will be prompted to register a new payment method. To add another payment method afterwards, just go to My Account > Deposit Funds > Add Method.
Please note, your playing balance needs to be below £1 and any withdrawals need to be processed before you can add a new method. You can check on your withdrawal by going to My Account > History >Transaction History.
You can visit our help centre for information on switching between deposit methods or adding a new one.
Are there limits on depositing?
All payment methods have a limit on incoming and outgoing transactions as set by the payment provider. The current limits are:
- Debit Cards - £10,000
- ApplePay - £5,000
However, you can also apply a Deposit Limit to your account, to help monitor the amount you deposit and play with.
I’ve tried to add my card but it’s saying to contact Customer Support. Why?
There is a number of reasons why you may not be able to add your card. This may be because of:
- Card is registered to another account elsewhere on our systems
- Your bank may not allow gambling transactions
- The name on the card maybe different to the name on the account.
For your own security, your card can only be registered to one account at any time. For more information, please contact our Customer Support Team directly.
