What if I haven't received the password reset email?
If you haven't received this email from us, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes your email provider can flag this as spam.
If the email isn't in your spam/junk folder, check that you have entered the correct domain name (gmail or googlemail, yahoo or ymail for example) and that your date of birth and email were both entered correctly.
Finally, please ensure that we have been added to your Safe Senders list to make sure that the email is not blocked or deleted.
