We appreciate that our Daily and Monthly Free Games are very popular, but sometimes things don’t go quite as expected. We’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions to help you out.
Why didn’t I receive a reward from my Daily / Monthly Free Game?
Our Free Games are designed to reward loyalty, but the outcome depends entirely on which squares you choose. All of our games are generated randomly, including where prizes are hidden in both the Daily and Monthly Free Games.
Why won’t my game load?
The Monthly Free Game is very popular and can cause increased site traffic, particularly when it becomes available on the last day of the month. This can sometimes result in a message saying, “We are experiencing high traffic at the moment. Please try again in a couple of minutes.”
There’s no need to play as soon as the game becomes available, as prizes are not awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. You’re welcome to try again later in the day when site traffic is quieter.
What happens if I miss the Monthly Free Game?
The Monthly Free Game is available from 09:00 to 23:59 on the last day of the month. If you don’t manage to play within this time, all progress for that month is unfortunately lost and resets for the following month.
Once the last day of the month has passed, there’s no way for us to retrieve the Monthly Free Game.
