You do not need to play as early as possible as the prizes are not first come, first served. You are more than welcome to try again later in the day when the site traffic will be quieter and your experience will be smoother.

The games are only available on site from 00:00 to 23:59 on the last day of the month. If you forget and don't manage to play your Monthly Free Game on this day, unfortunately all progress for that month is lost and resets ready for the new month ahead.

Once the last day of the month has passed, there is no way to retrieve this game for you in any circumstances, as much as we would love to!

Yes. Whichever game you chose to play during the week leading up to, and including the Monthly Free Game, is the Monthly Game that you would have to play. Rest assured, throughout the month you may switch games each week if you want to, and each completed day will still count towards your total picks at the end of the month.
