Sports betting is moving to the Double Bubble Bingo App
We're moving sports betting from the Double Bubble Bingo website to our App, so you can enjoy the best sports experience in one place. Click on a question below to find out more:
What's changing?
Sports betting on the Double Bubble Bingo website is being retired. You'll still be able to bet on sports in our App, which is where you'll find the best sports experience.
When is this happening?
Sports betting on the website will be removed on the 19th October.
Will I still be able to bet on sports?
Yes! You can carry on betting on sports in our App.
How do I get the App?
Simply download the App from the Google Play Store or the App Store and log in with your usual username and password.
Will I need to create a new account?
No, you can log in to the App with the same details you use on our website.
What happens to my open bets and balance?
Your open bets and balance won't be affected. You'll be able to see all your bets in the App, even if you placed them on our website.
Will my Sports Rewards still be available?
Yes, all your existing Sports Rewards will still be available in the App. They're just in a different place, so you won't find them in My Bets.
To use a reward, tap the present icon next to the stake box on your betslip. You can see all your available rewards in the banner at the top of your betslip, or on the Rewards page.
Please note that some rewards may look slightly different in the App, but you'll still be able to use them as normal.
Does this affect bingo or casino games?
No, this change only affects sports betting on our website. Everything else on the site stays the same.
Who can I contact if I need help?
If you need any help moving across to the App, our Customer Support team will be happy to help you. Simply click the chat icon / bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and one of our advisors will be happy to help.
