Why are my games not loading?
If you're unable to see the games, this could be due to a number of reasons. We have a few steps below that may help resolve the issue:

- You may also need to clear your temporary internet files and cookies on your device to avoid having any problems accessing the games. Click here for instructions for all devices.
- If you're still struggling to access the games after clearing your temporary internet files, it may be worth checking your internet connection, particularly if you're on mobile. We recommend playing while connected to WiFi or on a 5G connection. Check your signal strength and then try to load the games again.
- It can also be helpful to close down all open apps and restart your device if nothing else has fixed the problem.
