If you're unable to see the games then it could be due to a number of reasons. We have various sets of instructions that might be able to help you out:
- If you're using an ad-blocker or pop-up blocker, you'll need to disable this to be able to access the games. Click here for details on the impact of having an ad-blocker enabled and for instructions on how to make changes to your ad-blocker.
- You may also need to clear your temporary internet files and cookies on your device to avoid having any problems accessing the games. Click here for instructions for all devices.
- If you're still struggling to access the games after clearing your temporary internet files, it may be worth checking your internet connection, particularly if you're on mobile. We always recommend playing our games while connected to WiFi or on a 5G connection. Check your signal strength and then try to load the games.
- It can also be beneficial to close down all of the apps on your phone and restart your device if nothing else has fixed the problem.
