What is a Session Reminder?
As part of our commitment to Responsible Gambling, we offer Session Reminders to help you keep track of how long you have been playing on-site. Session Reminders are designed to support safer play by prompting you to pause and review your play at regular intervals.
How do Session Reminders work?
A Session Reminder tracks the length of time you have been logged in and playing on-site.
When enabled, you will receive on-screen reminders at set intervals showing how long your current session has lasted.
You can choose to receive reminders every:
• 30 minutes
• 1 hour
These reminders give you the opportunity to decide whether you wish to continue playing or take a break.
To help promote safer play, we will also automatically remind you of your session length at regular intervals, even if you have not set a personal reminder timeframe.
If you have been playing continuously for 6 hours, you will be asked to log out of your account and take a break before continuing.
How do I set or change a Session Reminder?
You can set or change your Session Reminder at any time via the Play Responsibly page .
Any changes you make to your Session Reminder will take effect immediately.
