A fundamental part of our licensing obligations is to conduct Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering checks on all players using our gaming services. Due to this, we cannot accept member registrations, process payments and service member accounts from outside of the UK.
This means that even if you're on holiday for a short period, or you're a UK citizen trying to use a non-UK card, we'll be unable to accept those payments or allow you to log in. If you are trying to log in from abroad, you'll normally see a message which says 'REMOTE_ACCESS_BLOCKED'.
