Playing from outside of the UK & Ireland
A fundamental part of our licensing obligations is to conduct Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering checks on all players using our gaming services. Due to this, we cannot accept member registrations, process payments and service member accounts from outside of the UK & Ireland.
This means that even if you're on holiday for a short period, or you're a UK / Irish citizen trying to use a non-UK / Irish card, we'll be unable to accept those payments or allow you to log in. If you are trying to log in from abroad, you'll normally see a message which says 'REMOTE_ACCESS_BLOCKED'.
If you're in the UK and receiving this message, please follow the below steps:
- Ensure that you are not using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) when accessing the site. If you are, please turn this off and try again.
- Reset your broadband router to completely refresh your internet connection.
- If the issue persists beyond this, please contact your internet service provider.
