Verifying my email address...
Verifying your email address is an important step when you first register your account with us, or if you update the email address linked to your account.
Email verification helps to ensure:
- The email address you’ve provided belongs to you and you have access to it.
- We’re able to contact you if we ever need to get in touch about your account.
- You have full access to all site features, including withdrawals.
Please note: You will not be able to withdraw from the site until your email address has been verified.
Whenever email verification is required, you’ll see a prompt when you log into your account. Simply click the button shown and we’ll send you a verification email.
Open the email and click the verification link to complete the process.
- Give it a few minutes: It can take up to 5 minutes for the verification email to arrive.
- Check your registered email address: Go to My Account > Manage Details to make sure the email address on your account is correct.
- Check your junk or spam folder: The email may have been filtered there. You can also add us to your safe senders list. Find more tips by clicking here.
If you’ve followed the steps above and are still unable to verify your email address, please contact us using the button in the bottom right‑hand corner of your screen. Let our Virtual Assistant know that you need help verifying your email address.
