How do I use the Chat rooms?
You can access our Chat rooms on the majority of games we offer at Double Bubble Bingo, except the Live Casino games by Evolution who have their own chat rooms. The Chat room will automatically open on your desktop when you open a game, however on mobile or tablet you can access Chat by clicking on the speech bubble in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
We offer our Chat rooms as a way to help you engage with other players and our Hosts, offer you an extra chance to win a little something, and to generally have a fun time!
For more information on getting familiar with how our Chat rooms work, please click on the options below:
Can I switch between Chat Rooms?
Yes, if you’re not enjoying a room you can swap to another. To do this, click on the three-line menu which is towards the top of the Chat section. You will then be presented with a list of other rooms you can join - once you click it, you'll switch to that room.
Can I ignore someone in the Chat Room?
Yes, if at any time you are unhappy with someone in the room, you can take advantage of our ignore function. This allows you to block a certain member’s messages from appearing in the room.
Simply click ‘Roomies’ in the top of the chat window where you'll find their username in the list. When you have found them, click on their name and then ignore.
How do I identify a host the rooms?
It is really easy to point out our hosts in the room as they will have the word 'HOST' following their name. Their name will also be in another colour too, to really set them apart.
Are there any rules I need to follow in Chat?
We do ask our players to follow our Chat Guidelines to ensure that everyone has the most enjoyable experience possible! You can find these guidelines here.
How do I take part in the Chat games you offer?
Our Chat games will be offered throughout in different rooms throughout the day. To find out more about the Chat games we offer and how they work, simply click here.
I am experiencing some technical issues in Chat, what can I do?
These are often caused by a caching error or a dip in connection, affecting the overall way Chat is displayed for you. We would recommend that you access our games and Chat on a stable Wi-Fi connection. If the problem continues, please clear your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, for which you can find instructions on how to do so by clicking here.
