Deposits: All you need to know

How do I make a deposit?
There's a Deposit button at the top of the Home page. You can also go to Menu > My Account > Deposit Funds. The minimum deposit that can be made in a single transaction is £10.
How do I register a payment method?
When you first make your account, you will be prompted to register a new payment method. To add another payment method afterwards, just go to My Account > Deposit Funds > Add Method. Please note, your playing balance needs to be below £50 and any withdrawals need to be processed before you can add a new payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can make a deposit using the following payment methods:
- Visa Debit
- Visa Electron
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay (For those using an iOS or macOS device)
- Google Pay
Can I use a payment method if this is registered to another account on the site?
Please be aware that an individual payment method may only be registered to one account at any time. If you receive an error message whilst trying to deposit, please contact our Customer Support Team who will happily investigate for you. What is the maximum I can deposit?
The maximum amount you can deposit per transaction depends on the payment method you use. You can limit how much you wish to deposit per day, per week or per month using our Deposit Limit tool. For more information on this and how to set a limit on your account, please click here.

Why can't I edit the name of the cardholder?
You should only register and use payment methods in your own name. To ensure this, we have greyed out the cardholders name when adding a new payment method to the account so it matches the name on your account.
