Why am I not receiving emails from you?
There could be a number of reasons why you haven't received emails from us. If you're looking for an email that you believe you should have already received, it's best to check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder just in case they have been filed automatically as spam by your email provider. Alternatively, you can search "Double Bubble Bingo" in your search bar and this should show all of the emails you've received from us in the past, regardless of their location.

If emails from us are still being moved to you 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder after following these instructions, please contact your e-mail provider as they may be able to help.
How do I make sure that I am signed up to receive email marketing?
You can check your contact preferences by going to My Account > Manage Details > Contact Preferences. If you decide to opt out of our emails, you can also do this here. Please allow up to 72 hours for all emails to stop once you have opted out.
